Typical lead times for made to order pieces can vary, a standard estimate ranges between 1–10 weeks (see product page).
All goods that are made to order are excluded from our standard cancellation and return policy.

1. Delivery
We currently ship to the UK only, with the exception of certain special categories (e.g. prints)
PLEASE NOTE – if you are outside of the UK and would like to buy from our website, please send us your enquiry. A Homefolks team member will contact you with further information and a shipping quote.
All products are shipped from London via DHL using their GoGreen Climate Neutral service or Royal Mail.
We aim to deliver your items in good time, safely packed and beautifully wrapped. The goods leave our studio in perfect condition and are insured against shipping damage and their condition is recorded before dispatch. Please check the packaging before opening it, and photograph any external damage. In the unlikely event that the product has also been damaged, the logistics company must be informed directly upon delivery.
2. Delivery times
Orders may take up to 5 business days to be processed and delivered within the UK.
Made to order products will come with their own delivery and lead times, see each product description for details.
All orders are tracked for peace of mind and tracking numbers will be included with your order dispatch email.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the goods ordered. When ordering several products, the delivery charge for the bulkiest product applies.
If you have any concerns regarding your parcel delivery, please email us at orders@wearehomefolks.com
During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request an exchange or refund of goods.
To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to info@wearehomefolks.com and we will issue you with a returns note for inclusion in your delivery.
All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
All goods returned must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and must have all tags, including original packaging materials, accompanied by the original invoice. Once we receive your return and the above conditions are met, the return will be processed.
Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period following delivery.
Goods made to order — all goods that are made to order are clearly labelled as such on our website and are excluded from our standard cancellation policy.
