Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Homefolks (“company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) we are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What information do we collect and use?

As with every website, our server automatically collects information that you voluntarily provide to us and temporarily saves it in server log files, which are transmitted by your browser – unless you have deactivated such function. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Site, the choices you make and the products and features you use.

The personal information we collect can include the following:

• Contact Data — e.g. name, address, company, mail, phone number, payment method, info on the products you have bought, returned and other similar contact data if you give us permission to do so.

This Usage Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
• Location Data — we may use and store information about your location. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Site at any time, through your device settings.
• Cookies Data — we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Site. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for full details.

How do we use your data?
